We’re excited to introduce our NEW StrongHER Strength & Conditioning Program—designed specifically to help female athletes ages 7–18 build strength, power, speed, agility, and overall athletic ability in a supportive, high-energy environment.


This program focuses on developing strong, confident, and resilient athletes through structured, age-appropriate training that meets each athlete where they are—whether they’re just getting started or looking to elevate their performance.

Athletes will train in a positive, empowering setting where they can grow alongside other girls while improving:

Our coaching emphasizes proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development, helping each athlete build a strong foundation that translates both on and off the field.

Q: What are the training program start dates?

A: The 8-week training program will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, from June 2 - July 23 starting at 8:30AM - 9:30AM. The 12-week training program will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, from May 12 - July 30 starting at 6:00PM - 7:00PM.

Q: Who is this program for?
A: This program is designed for girls ages 7–18 of all skill levels—from beginners to experienced athletes. Whether your athlete is new to training or already playing sports, our program is tailored to meet them where they are and help them safely improve strength, performance, and confidence.

Q: What makes this all-girls program different?
A: Our All Girls Program creates a supportive, empowering environment where female athletes can train, grow, and build confidence alongside their peers. We focus on helping girls develop strength, athletic ability, and self-confidence while fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Q: What will my athlete gain from this program?
A: Athletes will improve their strength, speed, agility, coordination, and endurance, while also learning proper technique and injury prevention. Just as importantly, they’ll build confidence, discipline, and mental toughness that carries over into sports, school, and everyday life.

Q: Is this program safe for younger or beginner athletes?
A: Yes—safety is our top priority. All training is age-appropriate and skill-based, with a strong emphasis on proper movement mechanics and technique. We ensure each athlete progresses at a pace that is safe and effective for their individual development.
