We’re excited to kick off another incredible summer at Marion Fitness & Nutrition as we bring back our highly popular 12-week and 8-week youth strength & conditioning programs—designed to help athletes build strength, speed, confidence, and overall performance.
New for 2026, we’re proud to introduce our StrongHER Youth Training Program, created in response to high demand. This program offers a supportive, empowering environment where female athletes can train, grow, and elevate their performance alongside their peers.
Spots are limited to ensure quality coaching and individual attention for every athlete.

• May 25th – 8 Week Programs
