Our Fall 2025 Training Program registration is now closed. Subscribe to our mailing list to get updates on our Winter 2026 Training Programs.
No, our programs run for 12 weeks with a month break in between. For instance, we'll start in January 2025, continue through February and part of March, take a break in April, and restart in May 2025.
At this time, training will be conducted outside in the Harvest Neighborhood in Argyle, TX. If weather is an issue, Coach Marion will reach out with an alternate location.
Absolutely! Our programs are beginner-friendly. Coach Marion will guide you with modifications to ensure safe and effective exercise. We'll gradually increase workout intensity as you progress.

Your child should bring bottled water, a towel, and wear athletic attire.
For the Junior Training Program, yes, you need to stay with your child. For the Varsity and Collegiate Prep Training Programs, it's optional.
There is no specific age, just mature enough to accept and follow directions. If your child is participating in an organized sport, then your child is ready to begin resistance training.
