Not ready to commit to a full training program? Our Drop-In Sessions give young athletes the opportunity to experience professional strength & conditioning training—no long-term commitment required.

Drop-ins are perfect for busy schedules, athletes new to training, or families who want to supplement team practices with focused athletic development.

What Are Drop-In Sessions?

Drop-In Sessions allow athletes to attend individual training sessions within our regularly scheduled group workouts. Each session delivers the same high-quality coaching, structure, and intentional programming as our full programs—just with added flexibility.

Athletes will work on:

  • Strength & power development

  • Speed & agility

  • Coordination & movement mechanics

  • Injury prevention & resilience

  • Confidence in the weight room and on the field

 

All training is age-appropriate, progressive, and coach-led to ensure safety and results.

Scheduling & Registration

Drop-In Sessions are available during select training times and are offered as space allows.

👉 Advance registration is required
👉 Spots are limited to maintain coaching quality (1:10 ratio)

👉 Located in the Harvest Neighborhood. 1301 Harvest Way, Argyle

✔️ We offer 3 training groups: Junior (ages 7-10), Varsity Prep (ages 11-14) and Collegiate Prep (ages 15-18)

✔️ Off-season or in-season athletes looking to maintain performance
