The 12-Week Training Program will be as follows:
Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays, from January 5, 2026 - March 25, 2026
Where: Outside the fitness facility on the turf by the pond. Harvest Neighborhood
Times:
Junior: 4pm - 5pm
Varsity Prep: 5pm - 6pm
Collegiate Prep: 6pm - 7pm
Price: $840 (monthly payment options available)
