No. We offer 12 week youth training programs, with a month break in-between programs. For example, programs will start in May, and will continue throughout June and July. August we break, and we will restart in September.
Registration is now closed for the May, June and July 12 week program. More information to come on the next 12-week program soon!
At this time, training will be conducted outside in the Harvest Neighborhood in Argyle, TX. If weather is an issue, Coach Marion will reach out with an alternate location.

Yes, the youth training programs are suitable for beginners. Coach Marion will provide modifications and guidance to ensure that you are performing exercises safely and effectively. We will gradually increase the intensity and difficulty of workouts as you progress.
Please bring bottled water, a towel and wear athletic attire.
If your child is in the Junior program, then yes, we require you to stay with your child. For the Varsity and Collegiate Prep training programs, it is optional.
There is no specific age, just mature enough to accept and follow directions. If your child is participating in an organized sport, then your child is ready to begin resistance training.
